Marty O'Toole is a Los Angeles-based attorney, who grew up in Chicago, IL & Morristown, NJ, an alumni of St. Mary's College, Winona, MN, the Catholic University of America School of Law, Washington D.C. and is a member of the California Bar and Federal Bar (and an inactive member of the Illinois Bar).

     On Capitol Hill, Marty worked for Senators Tom Harkin and Alan J. Dixon, and he has worked on numerous political campaigns, lectured on intellectual property/entertainment law issues, negotiated numerous entertainment deals, and is an experienced litigator (in both civil and criminal matters). He also manages and shops musical bands to labels; works with screenwriters and filmmakers, and develops creative projects through Assembly Entertainment LLC, film & literary endeavors through Cathedral Entertainment LLC, and music video projects through Colourwash LLC.
